SS SRLS was born from ship repairs. We're on-site to solve your problems: structural interventions, hull plating inserts, tank repairs, urgent work. We also operate in block construction and carpentry for newbuilding and major refit.

Installation of bow thruster protection grids on complex geometry. The raked and flared bow configuration required meticulous in-situ adaptation: oxy-acetylene torch trimming of all edges, progressive positioning using hoist systems on padeyes, centering and rotation according to technical specifications in the presence of owner representatives and yard markers. Final wire-feed welding to hull plating.
Workshop prefabrication of 2 structural modules for material loading platform extension. HEA 140x140x10 beams, angles 60x40x6 and 80x60x8. Module dimensions: 8500x2000mm. Components supplied by shipyard, assembly and wire-feed welding with full penetration performed by SS SRLS per WPS.
Plate replacement and structural inserts on hull plating and internal compartments. Work performed across various spaces: engine room, tanks, superstructures. Cutting, bevel preparation, in-situ fitting and full penetration welding per WPS with NDT controls.
Construction of 15m x 10m structural block for yacht extension project. Conversion from 90 to 100 meters in length. Complete prefabrication with structural integration, preparation for drydock insertion and junction to existing hull.
